We recently had our roof replaced by Neligan Construction and Roofing. They came highly recommended from family and friends, so we contacted them for an assessment and estimate. Nick provided us with a detailed outline of the process, recommendations and associated costs. They were in line with the other estimates we had received so the choice was easy. Their detailed communication and timeline were perfectly executed by Arden, her response time to my questions were excellent. Brian and Ardin are great to work with. I always feel they are giving me honest feedback. They are down to earth people who seem to know how to make their customers happy and they treat their suppliers with respect. i look forward to working with them for many years to come.
I had a wonderful experience working with Neligan from start to finish. Stephen was very thorough with this inspection and had no problem going up into the attic to check the roof out from the inside. He also came back out and took care of a minor issue himself. Justin G was very friendly and went above and beyond by fully inspecting the whole roof and carrying out a couple of extra repairs. Very affordable, I highly recommend.
