Only a few encounters with chiropractic care throughout my life until a year ago when I started running through them in Gainesville. Found some that tried their best to help improve my overall condition but really hit paydirt when I found Doc Short. My overall condition improved dramatically due to her axis adjustments and recommendations. She doesn't feel the need to do unnecessary adjustments just to make loud popping noises just rather prefers her handheld activator tool that does the adjusting rather than wrenching and wringing you to do the same thing. Few months later and I'm STILL improving markedly.

Dr. Short is absolutely amazing!! After 6 weeks of severe pain & no answers from multiple doctors, Dr. Short knew exactly what was going on within minutes of her first evaluation with me! She actually listened with compassion and the desire to help. I did not feel like just another number… the approach that she uses during her therapy sessions are non invasive nor is it potentially harmful to the body! Her therapy WORKS!

DR Short has been amazing. After going to my PCP doctor and being diagnosed with just a lower back strain, I started seeing her. She was able to pinpoint my issues very quickly and ordered an MRI. Her suspicions were correct, I had 2 herniated dics, both pushing on nerves, and one of them was ruptured. (A far cry from just a sprain) She has been extremely helpful and caring on my road to recovery. I wish I had started seeing her sooner!
