Doug came out today and cleaned our large sectional. Communicated prior to arrival, and I knew exactly who to expect. Doug was very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning the sectional. Smells amazing and is super clean! I was impressed that he even followed up later to see how it was drying and if we were happy.
