We have used Gene and his crew several times and they always do an awesome job. We couldn't be more happy with their work. New windows look great and they also made a glass tabletop that we love.

Bob and Gene are my constant champions in the window department. They are quick to respond, reasonable in their estimates - and accurate - and always get the job done for me. Very often there are estimates and I don't get the job, but they always show up for me and help to build my success. I hope I help to build their success too!

Went to his store on Masters Street. Measured shower next day, told us that due to holidays ( Christmas week) it probably would not be done for about 3 weeks. We weren't in a hurry and had no problem with that. Almost 3 weeks to the day Bob called, installed shower the next day and was less expensive than our other quotes. Bob was a pleasure to work with, the door is exactly what I wanted and saving some money was a plus. I don't think I ever called him so not sure about his answering phones but he a two man operation so phone service is probably not high on his list.
