We worked with MasterCraft to replace a sliding door in our condo based on a referral from a friend. Gary made the process smooth and we could not be happier with our new door. The install team was professional with decades of experience. To top it off—the inspector complimented the quality of the door and MasterCraft when doing the final inspection. I ordered windows for our condo (30 year old building). The windows came in early and Gary was able to get us on the schedule within a few weeks. The installation crew was the best. They were easy to deal with…cleaned up and did a beautiful job installing. We have had windows installed several times over the years and I would highly recommend Josh and the crew. 5....the product and the work team were outstanding. From the very first meeting with Charlie and his suggestions to change some of our windows, sliders on the backside and picture window in front. Stan and his team are true craftsmen. Their precision and teamwork is something to see. They cleaned up each area as they finished before going on to the next window. The team was ever mindful of taking care in our home. Stan's last words"if you have any questions or concerns, call us" as he headed out the door was so reassuring to us. The windows... WOW...saw the trash truck coming down the road but DIDN'T hear it.... lol...well worth the investment. The inspector commented on the job this company always does and the investment that will pay off in the long run.....I think they look so attractive. Brenda B
