I ordered windows for our condo (30 year old building). The windows came in early and Gary was able to get us on the schedule within a few weeks. The installation crew was the best. They were easy to deal with…cleaned up and did a beautiful job installing. We have had windows installed several times over the years and I would highly recommend Josh and the crew. Wonderful windows,, nice salesmen, and installers all professional . However,We were not told we needed storm covers until it was time to install windows. Cha-ching. That added additional $3k before installation could begin.ASK 1ST BEFORE BUYING. We thought they would have known to tell us BEFORE we made the decision on windows. Otherwise, good.

I’m one of those silly homeowners that wanted to renovate during Covid. Mastercraft windows and doors kept me posted and told me it would take double the length of time it normally would to get my windows and doors. But once they were there in, the installation was complete it was 100% worth the wait. The crew work together well. They cleaned everything up. And I’m very happy with my new windows and doors. Very professional and friendly. Would use again.
