Three stars only because the people who show up at your door and do the work are awesome.
It’s the people at the office who I can’t stand. I have no issue with direct but as a paying customer I have an issue with people unwilling to help me. For instance I have an appointment for a set time, but the fellow arrives early. So I call the office and ask if he can, or can I call him to let him know I am on my way back. NO! So I call back can you call him and let him know I am on my way. I am told by an annoying woman with an attitude that they don’t set times for these appointments. Frank was an absolute pleasure! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It's rare to come across someone so genuine and customer-focused. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service and knowledgeable landscaping staff. I'm very pleased with the quality and care given to my lawn and I see the improved results of my St Augustine grass each year.
