Dropped off eight items and came back to pick up without my ticket. Physically saw the clerk remove a tag off of a set of drycleaning items and then handed me six items. I asked about the other two items which I knew were mine as I recognized the items and she stated they were not mine. Walked back in with my ticket and miraculously those items were mine. #DishonestBusiness #MagicDryCleaners

This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. One of their managers stole 10 expensive articles of clothing. They then lied to me repeatedly, asked for receipts for custom pants and then rudely ignored my requests to compensate me. DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY BUSINESS.

I am new to town and dropped off some shirts to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up on a Saturday morning and drop off the next load, I was told that the credit card machine was down and that I would have to pay with cash. I didn't have any cash but my friend was with me and went back into the car to get cash. My friend handed me a $50 bill which I handed to the clerk. The clerk said that she couldn't take a 50 dollar bill because she needed smaller bills. When I explained that this was legal tender, she said it didn't matter because she needed smaller bills. I asked if she could let me have my order as the dry cleaning was needed for work on Monday morning and offered to pay for the whole order when I picked up everything...the clerk still refused. I explained that I was a first time customer and that this was a terrible experience to make the customer responsible for both of her problems. The clerk showed no affect or understanding at all and just kept insisting that I should go get some smaller bills or return when her machine was working. I asked to speak with the owners and was given a phone number with no one picking up. After calling the other store location, I found out that the clerk I was dealing with did have smaller bills...she just didn't want to use them. Please don't use this dry cleaner as they hold your clothing hostage when they aren't properly prepared to do business and clearly don't trust their customers and/or care about customer satisfaction.
