The neighbors are wonderful and the neighborhood is lovely. The HOA manager, First Coast Association Management, is terrible. They are not properly keeping up the common areas and argue with you when you bring it to their attention. Further, they do not investigate violation complaints and merely send out threatening letters to homeowners. When there is a better manager in place, I will upgrade my rating to six stars if that were possible.

Madeira is home now. We looked for over a year. We new we wanted a MasterCraft Builders home but not sure which neighborhood. After visiting several neighborhoods we selected Madeira and could not be happier. The community is filled with friendly people who are always willing to help in anyway they can. Madeira is the total package for us.

New homes Elecora by DreamFinders have many great lots with preserve or water views. Also have inventory homes. Will build with some customization. Also paying all closing costs and paying the bond portion of the CDD fee. Makes it very affordable.
