The Chiropractor and medical care staff were great, super friendly and helpful. The receptionist/biller was horrible. The doctor said that massage before chiro treatment was needed for any kind of improvement for my husband's situation. Our insurance doesn't allow massage and chiro treatment on the same day. I'm used to paying out of pocket for my massages- not new to me, that's fine because I am willing to pay for it. That's not an option here. She had zero empathy, zero solution and unwillingness to figure out how to make this work. She simply said, "nope, we don't do that here". I don't understand how this is beneficial to patient care. Last month my back was hurting. I visited Dr Allen's office for the first time on the recommendation of my Physical therapist. Was told that the initial visit would be $55 but that Medicare might cover additional visits. The nurse took my BP and temp. Then I saw doctor Allen who put me on a rocking table. After less than 3 minutes, I told her it was making it difficult for me to breathe (b/c I was on my stomach and the vinyl of the bench smelled of disinfectant). That was all she did. I paid the $55 and refused to make another appt as I was so unimpressed. I have been to chiropractors many times and was surprised that that was all she did. I just moved to Florida from out of state. After a long moving process I needed to see a chiropractor.i chose Dr Allen through a list of providers on my Insurance Company and location. After my first visit, I wanted to share with others that my visit was nothing but 5 stars all the way. From the start ,beginning with the appointment process, the first visit with Dr Allen and treatment met all my needs and then some.
