I haven’t personally used HIS Home Inspection Services yet, but what really stands out to me is the name itself. ‘HIS’ isn’t just about ownership — it’s a reminder that this business is rooted in something higher. It reflects faith, integrity, and purpose, and that alone says a lot about the kind of service you can expect.???
Nick did a thorough job inspecting my customer's new town home. Some people don't think to get a home inspection on new construction purchases, but it is very helpful in creating a "punch list" before you go to escrow. At a minimum, we recommend getting a home inspection after closing, but before the 11 month warranty period is up.
We needed a Four Point Inspection and Wind Mitigation report done for insurance purposes. Nick came highly recommended, and it was easy to see why. Nick is very personable and knows his stuff! He is so easy to work with and patiently answered all my questions, then provided a very comprehensive report and pictures to satisfy what our insurance company needed.
