Best dry cleaner in Saint Augustine!!We have been using them for years and to say that they are friendly is an understatement. If they tell you something will be ready on a certain day, it is going to be ready on that day.Unlike most businesses, they take it upon themselves to do their own quality checks after your shirts, or pants are cleaned and pressed. On more than one occasion, we have had shirts sent back through more than one time to get whatever stain we had put on it off. Because the owners were not satisfied with what happened it is not even something we asked for!!Love, love, LOVE this dry cleaning service!

Completely exceeded my expectations. I had an evening dress dry cleaned and a king size comforter cleaned. Both were completed in a week, at first I thought the price was a little high but the owner took the time to explain the process to clean my dress which included some beading. I agreed at the point the price was reasonable. My comforter was washed and bagged ready to be stored away which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend. What I liked the most was the gentleman behind the counter was the owner and he took pride in his business and service to his customer. Very happy with the results. Alison Wilson

My wife and I own a condo in Saint Augustine but we spend our summers up north. While we were gone we had a bit of water damage from our a/c unit. I flew back to take care of it and needed to have about 25 suits, dresses, etc. dry cleaned quickly. Luckily I found Gentle Care. The pricing was amazing, the owner was totally professional, the quality of the cleaning was top notch, and they were able to turn everything around in 2 days!! Unbelievable. I will never go anywhere else for me dry cleaning needs. Highly recommended.Services: Special care fabric cleaning
