“This review is actually from Linda Ward (Bill’s wife) My brother recently passed & his body was taken to Craig for cremation. My niece arranged a time for us to go to Craig’s & spend some time with him before he was cremated.
I somehow misinterpreted the time we could go & we arrived hours before we should have been there.
Justin was so accommodating towards us. We inconvenienced them but he made a way for us to spend time with our brother.
It turned into a very personal, private, meaningful time for us to say goodbye. More than we had hoped for.
