Courteous. Fair. Honest! Tim went out of his way to get the repairs done in short time, considering what was going on with it. I am delighted with how my auto is running now. Overall, I am very pleased doing business with them!

Buying a car from the other side of the country. Butch went above and beyond to help. The dealer brought the car to their shop to allow them to do an inspection on it for me. Customer service that very rarely exists anymore.

I can't say enough good things about Famous Automotive Tire Center in Saint Augustine. About a year ago, we bought four brand new tires from them, and everything went smoothly. Fast forward to recently, we unfortunately ran over a screw and needed to get one of the tires plugged. We brought the tire back to Famous Automotive Tire Center, fully expecting to pay for the repair. To our surprise, the staff didn't charge us a dime! That’s what I call true customer care.
