I have been going to The Town Center In Saint Augustine for many years. I have always found them to be professional and caring. From the front desk check in to the nurse who walks me back to my room and especially to Michelle, I feel that I am important and my appointment matters. I will continue to go to this practice because I feel like they care about my progress in my health and skin care.
I recently had a basal cell removed from my face on the temple .. Dr Leake and her staff did an amazing job closing the very large hole the surgery left .. THEY ARE THE BEST !! They made a difficult situation much easier to accept.. looking forward to having my stitches removed.. the site looks wonderful!! I have been a patient of hers for 20 years !
From calling to set the appointment, to checking in, discussing health concerns with the nurse, to treatment plans with the nurse practitioner, to checking out and making future plans with the fantastic lady at the desk afterwards, we were so grateful for skilled, humorous, kind and knowledgeable staff. Making a hard topic so much more easy to deal with and we were able to leave smiling in spite of it all. Thank you!
