I recently moved to the area and was looking for someone to cut my hair. My previous stylist had cut my hair for 15+ years. I approached a woman on the beach who's hair always looked good and asked her who cut her hair. She told me Emmie @ Euro Image salon. The result was great, I am very happy. It was just what I wanted.
