The Techs arrived about noon and, in 10 minutes, figured out that there was a problem with my meter. FPL did what the Smith Tech’s suggested, and all the problems were fixed. Thank you Dylan, Shawn, and Preston. Thank you Nicole for quarterbacking it all. I deeply appreciate a business that is responsive, is operated by good people, and does good work.
