My PC started freezing randomly and then wouldn't boot past the logo screen at all, so I brought it in fearing the worst (thought I'd lost all my files). Dropped it off and they ran a full diagnostic the same day, which I really appreciated since some places make you wait days just to get an initial assessment.

Turned out to be a failing hard drive along with some corrupted system files. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the options, and gave me an upfront quote before doing any work, so there were no surprises when it came to the bill. In town for business and my laptop died. I brought it to computer doctor and they got it going again, and cleaned everything up nicely. The price for the work was amazing. Highly recommend!
