We had a mis- diagnosed air conditioner problem. They sent a Technician Jay Carnall. He found the difficult by locating a disconeected hose behind a drywall. Fixed the problem. He is superior at finding difficult problems.

Thank you Climate Masters! Our air went out last night during this heat wave. We called and got the on-call service. We told them it would be fine to wait until next day so they put us on the schedule. It has been in the high nineties everyday for a while so we really figured they may not get to us today. But they did. And the service tech was fantastic. He found the problem immediately and had the part on his truck to replace it. What a great experience.
