We have been with Charles Schwab for many years and have used several different offices as we have moved from a few different cities.
First of all the service we get on the phone is always outstanding.
We always are able to speak to a real person 100% of the time .
In regards to the local office in St Augustine , Justin is amazing ! His personal customer service is top notch ! He is always there when we go into the office and gives us incredible attention .
Minette, At the front desk is very personable and efficient.

In June 2024 I scheduled an appointment online to meet with a Schwab agent, but when I got there, there was no agent (but there was a secretary).

When an agent did show after 30 minutes, I was told that the office didn’t take online appointments. I was not on the agent’s schedule, I was just lucky to encounter him before his scheduled appointment 20 minutes late. I was also told that personal investment service was only offered to people with more than a million invested, though the agent who happened to arrive and spoke with me (and refused to give me his number or schedule an official appointment with me because I have less than a million in my account),...read full review
