Called Mark about my dryer having poor drying performance and he was able to come out same day to clean the vents. I thought my vent was on the second floor since it was up so high and was absolutely willing to pay the $175 I was quoted. Once Mark arrived, he stated the vent was considered a first floor vent so the price would be $145. He could’ve not told me that and I would’ve paid the $175 without question.
