I have been a frequent customer. I have referred and took many friends with me to get a massage as well. I do have to agreed with some of the customers experienced the staff walked out the room numerous times , talking with their peers( when couple massage) and talking on her phone. It is disappointing when I’m trying to bring them more business but they repeatedly not begin professional and the negative feedback from my friends are not cool. On the other hands, when there are no interruptions we get one of the best massages! Well I am willing to try one last time with my friends again. Hopefully no interruption this time so we can enjoy our relaxation!
My wife and I both enjoyed our massages. My wife said her masseuse, Sasa, really worked out her lower back pain from all our traveling. We were lucky being walk-ins, but it was a Wednesday mid-afternoon. They really worked out the kinks in my back and my wife always loves the hot stones and warm towel wipe-downs.
It was an okay massage. Be aware they request a 20% tip and they will ask for that if you put less. We ended up paying more than we expected which was disappointing
The massage itself was okay, nothing special but not bad. My massage therapist repeatedly left the room for 15-30 seconds at a time to talk to someone in the hallway which was odd to me.
It's a fine place but you can probably do better in town.
