Our daughter had a dental emergency that needed immediate treatment, the front desk lady was sooooo kind, understanding, warm, they got us in right away. The Dentist that treated her was wonderful, gentle, and comforting. Every dental assistant that we worked with was also extremely kind, informative, and went out of their way to insure our daughter’s comfort. The staff on hand is absolutely wonderful.
* I edited my review after having a positive experience*My experience today was exceptional. All of the staff were attentive, polite, and professional. The dentist and dental assistant were very thorough with my evaluation, communicated well, and gave me good advice about how to proceed with my dental needs.I had previously had a very upsetting exchange on the phone with the person who called to confirm my appointment. I have chosen to chalk it up to just a bad day at the workplace and re-evaluate my review. While I am not happy with the very short notice (less than 24 hours) I received about the need for income verification, I have no complaints at all about my visit...read full review
I’m usually terrified to go to the dentist. I had to get one of my front teeth pulled and honestly it was fast and the dentist was very motivational. She talked me through it and keep me calm and she was also the first woman dentist I’ve had. But it was an amazing experience!
