I had such a wonderful experience here! The moment I walked into the lobby, Joelly and KC at the front desk greeted me with the warmest, most welcoming smiles. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Russell was also incredibly nice. It is rare to find an office where everyone from the front desk to the doctor is this kind. Highly recommend!
Dr Russell is the best veterinarian! Compassionate, intelligent and evidence based. He answers questions and helps me understand the issues and recommended treatment plans. Most of his staff have been with him for years...so definitely a stable work environment and all of them are kind and extremely helpful. My 4 dogs love him. (Even my spicey one) Highly...highly.....recommend this practice.
I drove 1-1/2 hours just to go there because they do a good job and I knew that and they were $ reasonable in the past. But!! I was shocked what they charged me! $425 to look at my dog and took blood work. I was in & out in 20 minutes! I could have gone to a local vet near where I live for $250. Guess I’ll not be going to Animal Rescue anymore.
