Today we had another project completed efficiently and professionally by Action Heating and Air Conditioning. While our HVAC system at our new place is only 1 1/2 years old, the periodic service Action recently did for us revealed duct work that needed improvement to function properly. Technicians Riley, Avery, and Logan installed a support to bolster the duct work, and did a great job. We have always been pleased with Action's work, technicians, and communications, which is why we always refer our friends to Action Heating and AC.
Wonderful experience. They were patient and kind. Nate and Sam worked efficiently and professionally. Grateful to have my A/C in good condition and when it needs some TLC I’ll be calling them!

Today Sam and Nate came by to do maintenance on my older HVAC system. Both of them were courteous and so fast! Sam explained to me why they add tablets to flush out the system and the different components (I’m an apt/condo girl so I haven’t had to deal with this) and made me feel valued and not like an idiot for not understanding.
