Denny is very thorough in his analysis while performimg a home inspection and will be happy to spend time discussing the nuances with you. He came recommended by our realtor and it was a great overall experience. I would highly recommend him as well! ?

Denny did a thorough job inspecting the house and property. He made us aware of potential problems as well as the assets of the home and answered all our questions. His written report is organized and easy to follow even if you are not familiar with building/construction terms. A+++ for communication, timeliness and friendly demeanor.

Denny was punctual, well prepared, professional, and very thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer any questions we had during his inspection and encouraged us to contact him with any others upon receipt of the deliverables (various reports.) Denny was very timely in providing each report listed in the contract and all were comprehensive and easy to understand.
