Can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Alan and Tammy. They were so knowledgeable and really took the time to figure out the issue. While I absolutely hate that I needed their help in the first place (mouse?? ughhh!!) I’m so glad it was this company and these techs that came to help.
We aren’t even a customer (yet!) but James was so very helpful when I started to cold call a few companies on a Saturday stressed out after coming back from our beach vacation! We noticed droppings in our new suv a few times when at the beach town and we brought home what seemed to be a field mouse or a few! He helped me through the process of trying to catch the critter.
