“GCLS has been top tier in our experience during our home addition.
When the owner Greg came to our home for our initial quote, he did not just arrive with a measuring tape. He came prepared with a blueprint copy of the side of our home that we are looking to enclose. He already did the research and knew exactly how to move forward. This was important to us, this gave us a sense of trust, and that trust stayed the duration of our work. We spent about 2 hours discussing the job, talked about family, kids, history of the company. It was very comforting to know that, behind a big company, they love their community.
Our job took about 6 weeks, and were very pleased with the entire experience! We love the new addition to our home, creating space for family ❤
Now his Brother Brian, he is more of the face of the company once the job took off. He has the perfect personality to face customers (like me) when I had questions or uncertainties. He always ensured me, it will be done. He is the real MVP 💪🏾
So, all in all, in a world that feels like a money grab, GCLS did not make me feel that way. They still have integrity and so much pride in the work they do. Especially in their customer service & satisfaction!
