The office staff and technician were great! They answered all of our questions, provided useful information and education on our issue with carpenter ants. Our technician Dave was on time and did an excellent and thourough job! I couldn't be happier with the service we received. We wanted a one time Ant control service. They charged us $150 and said it would take a day for all the ants to go away. Two weeks later they are still in three rooms in our house. Binghams states that they do not guarantee their work unless you sign a year contract contract and spend $405.

Great service BUT be ready to call several times to talk to someone. I've left several messages and never gotten a reply. I had to just wait till hours of operation and try try try. They eventually answer and then its all gravy!
