Absolutely amazing service. I brought in two rings one that had the frame completely bent and missing two diamonds. I got both rings back within days and couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out. I highly recommend Three J Jewelers and wont consider anywhere else. I'm truly a customer for life.

Husband had a loose stone in his wedding band. The stone had been replaced previously by the Jewelers who sold it to us, and they used an inferior stone. Pedro replaced it with a better quality stone, made sure all 8 stones were secure and cleaned it while we waited, all for a reasonable, honest and transparent price (he let us see his ordering screen for diamonds!) Awesome experience.

I’ve had a couple repairs here, Pedro was quick, friendly, and pocket friendly. I also recently just had a ring that was given to me over 15 years ago and needed some reconditioning and some refurbishing if you will, he was able to save my ring and not charge me an arm and a leg. I will be returning for any future repairs or customization jewelry.
