What could have been a disastrous event turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience—if you can call having an upstairs pipe burst and flood into my kitchen pleasant! Mike and Nico made a fantastic team. Mike truly imbues trust from the moment you meet him, and the rest of the team reflected that same reliability and care. They followed up promptly and thoroughly every step of the way. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine concern made what could have been a nightmare situation feel completely manageable.

I want to thank the Spring Hill ServPro team for their help with a flooring problem. We were having a problem with a contractor putting in a vinyl floor. He said it could not install the floor because the spots were too wet and could grow mold under the floor and just left it at that. He even stopped accepting our calls. I called ServPro Spring Hill and asked them to come out and evaluate the problem. They agreed that a vinyl floor would not be a good idea and gave us some other options which were very practical and cost effective.
