I do my own chemicals/cleaning, but time to time will need to get repairs done that I will not do. About a year ago, Pool Medic had fixed a leak that was done asap. Still holding up/excellent work. And now today, replaced a Pool Pump 'Motor' same day of request. Got quotes from others to replace whole pump. But Vicki at Pool Medic was excellent in giving suggestion to replace motor only, instead of whole pump for huge savings. Was not mentioned from other places I requested quote. For Honest/Quick/and Excellent service=Pool Medic. Keep up the good work Pool Medic!
Was told by normal pool company that I had clogged lines and they had no way to remedy the problem. I of course assumed the worse and saw dollar signs flash before my eyes. My dad suggested that I reach out to Pool Medic as he has used them in the past and always had a good experience with them so I thought why not? I called them at 1030 am and by shear luck they were able to send someone out immediately. What a great guy and total professional, diagnosed my problem and fixed a couple of others that he noticed and didn't break the bank. I highly recommend them and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise. Great Job Pool Medic.
I didn't actually use Pool Medic but, I did set up for a service call on my pool light. When explaining everything I had already done, it was decided to send a service tech the next day. A few minutes later, I received a call back, asking me the voltage of the light I used. It was discovered that I used an incorrect light and when I got the correct one, everything worked. It is so refreshing to find a company that just does the right thing. They could have easily sent a service tech, gotten a fee and told me what I did wrong then, but instead, just did right by me and I cannot thank you enough.
