The stress of trying to figure out which company to go with to install new floors in our house was alleviated by Nick Correa. He did a great job with communicating with us. Nick was on time and ready to work everyday. He was also trustworthy and honest. We didn't have an interaction with the rest of the company but if the employees are anything like Nick, I see nothing but success in the future. Great work!
Contacted LaRocca for a job, they came out to see it on August 16. Was told the quote would take up to 4 weeks to get. I contacted them on multiple occasions and they said they were working on it. September 26 I received an email that my project was built into the system but no numbers attached, and I should respond to the email if I wanted them to proceed with the bid - I responded yes. But needless to say still crickets. Two months and still have not received a quote.
