Inland builders are so shotty. Just the newest thing I'm dealing with. Cut corners constantly. Most recent was one of my house numbers falling off. Found out why, they stuck some caulk to the back and just said F it. Now I have to figure out how to remove all this old caulk and put it back up the right way. Can't wait to sell this and hire a real contractor.

I had a wonderful experience building my first home with the sales and construction team. I especially enjoyed my weekly update calls and looked forward to pictures since I was unable to make it as often as I wanted throughout the process. My home is beautiful and was complete a month before the original projection! Even after I moved in, both the sales and construction team were there for any questions.

No games here! They are building good quality homes that is what they do! Great sales reps, friendly, knowledgeable, Reputable builder, I highly recommended checking them out. The HOA is easy to work with and reasonably low at $46 a month no CDD.
