If you live in the Spring Hill area and want to train BJJ, look no further, this is your place. Knowledgeable and friendly coaches, clean/spacious gym, and classes for all ages. Couldn’t recommend any more highly. Love this place!!
Family. That is what comes to mind when watching the students here train and compete. Newcomers are always welcomed warmly. The passion that the coaches have is truly inspiring and is exhibited in everything they do.
Dropped into a class last week as I was visiting the area and what a treat it was. Professor Daniel and all the students welcomed me with open arms like I've been training there for years. He has a very unique and fun way of teaching and made sure all of his students understood the technique. A+
