*PUSHES PEOPLE TO COME IN WHEN RUNNING FEVERS - DO NOT COME IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SICK!*Office staff will bill people who don't show up for their appointments when sick, even if they are running fevers (as they did for us). Otherwise the sick patients have to face an irrefutable bill.We were billed $50 because my wife woke up running a fever shortly after I had to cancel because I had gotten sick.Logical no-show cancellations make sense of course. Myself and my wife have been going here for years. My most recent cleaning visit resulted in damage to my repaired tooth. I did not even realize it until I got home and looked in the mirror. In hindsight I should have been tipped off when I was rushed out without even seeing the dentist. Pain cold distant experience that left me mutilated.
