Saw one of the employees had been in an accident today and over heard how kindly he spoke to the other driver! The other driver was visibly upset and I overheard the employee involved remind the other driver “that’s why they call them accidents”. Just wanted to share - kindness and grace is rare in today’s world and it was amazing to witness even in a time where both were inconvenienced in a situation no one wants to be in!
