My daughter and I walked in right when they where closing (we thought it was seven we got the times wrong) and I was just going to make an appointment but Melissa was so kind and said she would take us. My daughters hair is so long she had to stand to cut it. She loves her hair! I am sad I did not get the other ladies hair who cut mine but I love it! We will go back for sure!

Unfortunately I will never step foot into another Great clips in my life, when I got into the chair I was asked how much did I want to cut off, I asked where the dead ends were and she showed me about 2 and a half inches I said okay that was fine and asked about maybe some layers so it wasn’t so thick. At the moment I was tending to my
Daughter so the lady spun me around in the chair so I could see her as she’s a newborn when she handed me the mirror to look I was so upset. I felt as if a child took garden shears to my head. I can’t believe this is what they call 2 and a half inches with layers. ? I had such long thick beautiful hair until yesterday.
