Words can not express how wonderful Kevin and crew are at Citarella. I had an urgent bug matter and Kevin was able to come out THAT DAY!!! His staff were so kind and informative to even my boys! The pest control cost is a FRACTION of what other "businesses" charge for low rate service. I am so thankful to have found Citarella for all my pest control needs!

Bats in our belfry! AND during mating season. What could be worst? Mike calmed us down promised he would be back when mating season was over (bats are protected). He did come back with Justin. What marvelous workers. Our house guests of 300+ were shown the exit door and netting installed. Then the clean up started . Holes repaired, contaminated insulation removed specially treated new insulation blown in and a special spray for odors. Boy, did they work! And, they came back for follow ups to make sure all was secure.
Mike Hubbard came on site today to one of our managed commercial properties. We were having an issue with termites in a rotting branch of the tree out front of my office. He came out and sprayed and took the time to explain to me his findings. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you Mike!! :)
