first off ..... WOW !! what a amazing experience I had for my post surgery lymphatic massage. I am 4 days post op from lipo 360 / BBL / arm and chin lipo with jplasma and the professional masseuse that took care of me was Colleen . she made me feel so comfortable for my first time , especially with being sore . I was worried and she took all that worry away. when I first made the appointment I talked to Lisa on the phone and she was so knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely cared about me getting the correct treatment of healing post surgery , NOT just saying things to get another person through the door. the ladies were so welcoming when I walked in and the place was so clean and set up beautifully. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here if you are post surgery or not . I know I will definitely be looking into the classes when I'm healed and other services. thank you so much for making me feel amazing, relaxed and rejuvenated!!!

I have been going to Body Mind Spirit Wellness for about 4 years now.....they truly do nourish all aspects of the body with tender loving patient care....the massage rooms are incredibly gorgeous and soothing in a way that is hard to describe...like escaping to another reality...I have always been treated like royalty and it's so obvious that this place is about making everyone who enters the door feel welcomed and a truly genuine effort to have you leave feeling so much better than when you walked in the door. I absolutely love coming here and knowing that I will be heard and pampered. Thank you Lisa and staff for all you do!

I am truly speechless after my experience.
I had Tina and she was an actual angel.
I’ve been a licensed esthetician for 6 years now I try to be religious with my monthly massages so I’ve been to many spas before and I have never experienced what I did today in my service.
The energy and the room first off had me sold!
The moment she walked in I felt calm. I felt every knot and every bit of soreness was addressed she truly is very intuitive in what she does.
I am beyond pleased and honestly will never get a massage anywhere else. Best I have ever had!!
