In the process multiple years. Excuses and no calls back. Yard torn up, extra concrete thrown on the side of my property, no care in the world for my things. In trouble with the county for having like 70 inactive permits. Everyone should steer clear!
Do not believe the crap coming out of Franks mouth. He will consistently lie to you . Just shy of 2 years in and pool still not finished. He will have lots of "reasons " or excuses! Buyer beware save yourself the frustration and go with someone better.
Save yourself 2 Plus years and a whole lot of Frustrations and Broken promises, If he built pool as good as he talks about building them then your pool would be built in less than 6 months. But all he really does is say how good he is and that is really about it. He is always "driving" and will not text you, He will never directly answer about time frames, completion dates and he uses every possible excuse you can think of. He will blame the county, City, Sub contractors, Concrete companies, Delivery companies, Pump failures, Permit process, Family emergencies, His crew, electricians, PVC pipe. If it has anything to do with a pool he will use it as an excuse.
