I needed a wind mitigation report and didn't want to use one of those nearly automated pay-now-same-day services. Andy was quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable, and at my house the next day. Fantastic experience overall. I will be keeping his contact information the next time I need a home inspection of any kind.

Time was of the essence. My wife and I had realized that we needed our 4 point inspection within a few days, in order to obtain new homeowners insurance. We made a few different calls, and each company was a few days, to a few weeks out for an appointment.We made a call to AJM inspections at 5:15 pm thinking we would leave a message, and have a return call the following day.Andy not only answered our after hours call, but was at my home the following morning. 18 hours after our call, To be sure we made our deadline.Andy was polite, professional, and incredibly thorough. We are incredibly thankful! AJM is the only company that we will be using and referring.
