UPDATE 12.3.24 The well no longer operates at all, pump is dead and there is no water. Bill and this company TAKE ADVANTAGE OF disabled veterans and I pray they get what they deserve. AFFORDABLE WELL WILL SCREW YOU OVER! Husband is a 100% disabled vet, Bill left him sick and hanging so he had to connect to our old well. Pre-Review in the hopes to spare any potential customers the misery and disappointment in working with this company that obviously doesn't care about their integrity or business any longer (all current reviews seem to confer). Bill convinced us our old well didn't have enough supply (though it has perfect drinking water) to spend 5K for a new well that was drilled to the exact same depth. Except this new well has water that is being reported to the health department for contamination. This company doesn't care about what they give you, just finishing as soon as possible with no customer product review or approval and getting your check. The iron and sulfur in the water has ruined our appliances and made us sick. Bill has lied numerous times about 'fixing our water quality' or even coming back out to finish the job and put a pad under the tank. Our underground pipes are now twisted because they failed to do the basics. We have contacted an attorney and will be suing this company for new well, damaged appliances, ruined pipes and any pain and suffering I can get. We are also contacting news channels. Please please do not give your hard earned money to this company! The pics show current old well with perfect water and the new well with unusable water and the damage done in one week to tub and dishwasher. Bill, there's still time to do the right thing, this doesn't need to go any further.
