I have brought my bmw here about 3 times in the past 2 years and have had wonderful service everytime. First time I was 8.5 months pregnant and my car needed work done that meant I had to leave it. Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service). Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car. This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge. These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect. This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for." I read the below review for 1 star and I completely disagree with their review, especially about Lance who has been nothing short of awesome every time we need his help.

There were reasonable priced they gave me a ride home n picked me up they jumped on it pretty quickly n haven't had a problem yet it was a big job my evaporator on my AC went working fine now no problems they also explained everything to me n gave me a good price Thanks guys for a job well done I would recommend them to anybody see Lance

I have been meaning to make this review for a couple of years now. I lived in Spring Hill for a few years and Bayside was always my go to. Being a young woman, I hate getting anything done with my car. However, I always felt good about going to Bayside for my old car that always had something wrong with it, and my new car that just needed oil changes. Chris is always so nice and willing to explain things so I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. I have really struggled to find a good mechanic since moving away and wish I could find a place as great and trustworthy as Bayside!
