Great staff, always kind and helpful! Love Dr. Carlson best Dr. I've ever had. He is very attentive and caring. Alternate Dr.s I've seen were also very good and through. Communication between Dr's was excellent and continuity of care was flawless. It shows how much they care.
I've posted about HCA Pasadena when Dr Minnex was my primary physician. He was great and when he retired I was very dissipointed but in steps Dr Carlson and they never skipped a beat. He provides the same great knowledge and care I was accustomed too.
Excellent experience!! My regular pcp retired so I gave his replacement, Dr Templer a try. Very professional, knowledgeable and informative, I will definitely be using her as my new pcp.
