Bought a groupon (so it's paid for) on Jan 15th to get help with a severe pinched nerve. There was some issue with timing of our calls so we didn't get to set the appointment until the 23rd. Even then, the appointment was set for Feb 7th at 4:30. I wanted to cancel but it had taken her so long to contact me that I could not refund it via groupon. On the 7th I show up and the door is locked. I call and message and no one answers. I finally hear talking and wait until 5 to leave. She text at 5:13 and tried to explain that my appointment was at 5. She then acts like I wasted her money because she lost that booked hour. She was paid and I didn't get a massage.
