We had a mess on our hands when our septic tank overflowed!! Lane came right away and knew exactly what to do. It only needed pumping and he educated us on the use of wipes. An absolute no no for septic systems. Even though they say flushable it doesn't mean they disincarnate . Those were the culprit. He was quick and had us back in business at no time at all. We highly recommend Grice and Sons when you have an issue.
All around great customer service. I couldn’t find anyone in Panama City or Chipley to answer a phone or come pump my septic tank. The second time I needed septic service I still couldn’t get anyone in Panama City or Chipley to answer the phone, and once again I called Grice and Son and the owner answered the phone just one day after surgery and said they would be out the next day with a brand new pump and he kept his word. All around great experience and would recommend anyone to use them.
We can’t thank Lane enough. He was able to come the same day we called. Professional, knowledgeable, gave excellent advice, and provided a welcome education. Very friendly. Pumped septic tank. Filled and level off area nicely. Recommended by a friend. Pleased with the price.
