Brit, Ariel, and Jameson went above and beyond when I was in crisis. They not only helped me and talked with me but they ALSO GAVE ME A HAIR WASH FOR FREE!!! Was team Sephora and now I’m exclusively ulta. Thank you so so so so so much for making my heart full again, making me feel loved, and giving me a safe place
I really like this location - it's spacious and clean - staff is readily available and friendly but not pushy. We always seem to have luck finding knowledgable staff to help color match us or suggest and discover an alternative product. Honestly we've discovered brands that are not as hyped and have been so pleased due to the recommendations at this location. I love that new products continue to get added every time we visit!
Michelle at Ulta was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment and made me feel so comfortable. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. On top of being a talented stylist, she was so easy and fun to talk to, which made the experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and does beautiful work, I highly recommend Michelle. I’ll definitely be coming back!
