I called this company to ask about my tax situation and to see if maybe it would be better for me if I just used tax company like their own instead of trying to do them myself, and possibly go thru them and pay them to do them bec they were close to my home, the older lady I was transferred to was very rude she wouldn’t listen to a word I said and told me nobody was going to accept my acct this late and hung up on me, she was so rude I literally cried when I got off of the phone! Then when I called back to ask her name nobody would answer they kept sending me to a vm! Very knowledgeable and helpful in starting small businesses, personal & business & estate & trust tax returns, direct deposit payrolls for business, sales tax, handling IRS letters, and explaining things. Reasonable costs and up front pricing. We have been very happy with their work. They have been in business in Seminole since 1977 and at that location since 1980. Over 40 years in business. A++
