I’ve always used the realtors recommendation for appraisals and inspectors. Never again. I found Pinnacle Home Inspection and they were less expensive, very thorough and walked me through why they look for specific things and how other inspectors miss things. Gary was great. Very friendly. He wasn’t in and out like I’ve seen other inspectors. Many pictures. He missed nothing. I wholeheartedly recommend Pinnacle.
