I received an eye exam during my visit here on 9/11/24 and it all went very smoothly with the optometrist. Ana was super helpful at explaining to me and helping me to decide on which lens option was best, since I wanted a new pair of glasses as well and explaining the pricing and insurance. Thank you again!

Office visit was awesome. Problem occurred when I paid for expedited shipping on my glasses and they have not been expedited to me. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses with the same prescription and same frames. One pair was delivered to office 2 days after my visit. I was not notified that they were there. Supposedly the other pair should be here soon. The office personnel I spoke too said I only paid for set to be expedited I actually paid for the the whole order to be. But if that was the case why didn't I receive a call that they were there and to come get my One set. She responded with we didn't want you to have to make two trips.. She wasn't apologetic... read full review
